Binn Smokehouse is brought to you by people behind the critically acclaimed Nelson Street. We pride ourselves on the warm and friendly atmosphere within a traditional  pub in the small, historic market town of Buckingham. We have a prime location right in the centre of the town. We want to put our stamp on great British food by giving you our take on the wonderful style of smoking meat over open fires.

Our founders Louis Myhill, Mike Norris and Tom Humphries all grew up together in the small, historic, market town of Buckingham. After going their separate ways to craft their trade. Tom and Louis headed to London to work at iconic establishments like Petrus and the famous Ivy Kitchen. Meanwhile, Mike stayed closer to home and made his mark managing various well-known local establishments.

A few years later after Nelson Street’s huge success the trio are back together again to give Buckingham their take on great British food with an emphasis on smoked meats with bold flavours and served with a big personality.

Our menu is personally crafted by our head chef, Tom Humphries. Tom utilises his background in the smokehouse  industry and his passion for great British food to deliver an outstanding and unique twist on the southern American style of cooking. We source local  delicious British meat, cook  it low ‘n’ slow to pink perfection,  served warm and ready to eat. We also have a fantastic selection of local and international ales, creatively curated cocktails, fine wines from around the world  and a whole host of wonderful beverages to choose from.

Inside the inn we have created a relaxed environment with hand crafted furniture, unique artworks and an open fire which you can enjoy. Perhaps unwinding over one of our unique cocktails, or maybe a freshly brewed coffee whilst reading a book or listening to our curated playlists. Whether it’s for a quick burger and beer, a full on feast with our meat platter or a couple of cheeky cocktails our smokehouse doors are open 7 days a week
